At FreeSpir Chocolates, we've been passionate about creating the finest handcrafted chocolate since we started making bars in the rural hills of Northwest New Jersey in the summer of 2017. We believe in sourcing only the best cacao beans to bring out their complex and delicious variations.
We source our cacao from various regions, including the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Haiti, and Belize, and we're always on the lookout for new origins to explore. Our chocolate takes you on a flavor journey, where you can taste hints of cherries, raisins, citrus, mango, and more earthy notes like licorice, molasses, and tobacco.
